Infinite Campus
Active Students can view their transcript through their Student Account:
- Sign in
- Click 'Documents' on the left hand menu
- Select 'Unofficial Transcript' at the bottom of the page
GAFutures
Students with their Social Security Number on file can access their HOPE Transcript and GPA through GAfutures:
- Sign in
- Under Profile, select 'My High School Transcript'
- Enter the required information
- Click 'View'

Student Naviance Accounts can be accessed through Clever by following these instructions.

GAfutures
Your Social Security Number must be on file in Infinite Campus to access your transcript in GAfutures.

Coalition
The Coalition Application allows students to apply to many colleges and universities.
Sendedu
Colleges that use SendEdu for transcript submission will prompt you to request your transcript through this service in their application.
Mid-year transcripts - usually available by mid-January
Final transcripts - typically available around two weeks after the last day of school

GPA - Grade Point Average
DCSD
- Includes both core and elective classes
- Includes classes taken for a Carnegie Unit of Credit in middle school
- Includes 1 extra point of weight for AP and Dual Enrollment classes
- No extra weight is given to Accelerated/Gifted classes
HOPE
- HOPE GPA is calculated differently than the DCSD GPA

College Applications
- Many colleges recalculate the high school GPA to reflect institutional preferences during the admissions process. The GPA a college considers may be different than your DCSD or HOPE GPAs.
- Students are encouraged to review the admissions websites of colleges of interest.
FAQ
- DCSD does not provide class rank.
- DCSD GPA and HOPE GPA are calculated differently. Please make sure that you have created a GAfutures account and check your HOPE GPA (updates the last day of February and June, annually).
- You must have your Social Security Number entered into Infinite Campus for your HOPE GPA to be calculated.
Report Cards
- Log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
- On the left-hand side of the screen click on documents.
- Click on Custom Report Card
- Another window will open-up, and a PDF file will appear at the bottom of the window.
- Click the file to open the PDF file, and your student’s report card will appear.
- If your student is Cross Registered (taking some classes at another DeKalb County School District location in addition to DHS) at Cross Keys High School of Technology, DeKalb High School of Technology South (for Work-Based Learning Only), Fernbank Science Center (STT Program), or Warren Technical School, then there will be a separate Report Card for grades earned at those schools.
